Domestic Shipping Options
To ensure expedited orders ship same day, orders must be received by 12PM PST on a business day. Orders received after, will be shipped the next business day, at latest.
- Standard: 3-5 business days (average)
- Standard-Confirmation: 3-5 business days (average) with delivery confirmation
- Express: up to 2 business days
- Express-Confirmation: up to 2 business days with delivery confirmation
International Shipping Options
All international shipping services & rates are provided during check out. Please note, while international shipping costs are included & paid for with the order - duties, taxes & any applicable customs fees ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORDER TOTAL, and will be the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed & shipped within 24 hours from the time they are placed (during business hours), pending availability, and credit card verification.
Order Receipt & Tracking
Upon processing, order confirmation and shipping details are emailed to customers for tracking purposes.
Refusal of Delivery
If delivery of any order is refused at shipping address, order will be returned to Pacterra Athletics and customer will be refunded for cost of merchandise & tax, less shipping costs.
